MsFox has been a member of the RFS Mount Wilson Brigade since 2003 as volunteer firefighter and station officer and was deployed in the 2013 Blue Mountains and 2019/20 Black Summer bush fires. She has held senior leadership positions in several financial institutions, including Ambac Assurance, ABN Amro and Citibank, bringing skills in strategy, business planning and growth. Ms Fox has also served for more than 15 years on ASX-listed and unlisted boards and not-for-profit organisations. Nancy is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and was awarded Member of the Order of Australia in 2021 for her services to the banking and financial sectors and women in business.
