Jane has nearly 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry and currently serves as Compliance Manager at The Mutual Bank. She brings corporate experience in risk, compliance, and governance to her role on the Benevolent Fund, with a strong focus on accountability, ethical practice, and organisational resilience.
Jane is also a long-standing volunteer with the NSW Rural Fire Service and was awarded the National Emergency Medal and the NSW Premier’s Bushfire Emergency Citation for her service during the 2019–2020 Black Summer bushfires.
Her lived experience as an RFS volunteer, combined with her corporate expertise, supports the Benevolent Fund in meeting its fiduciary responsibilities while ensuring support for members and their families is delivered with compassion and care.
