Madeleine Catlin is General Manager of Future2 Foundation and Head of Strategic Programs at Motor Neurone Disease Australia, leading national programs, strategic growth and operations across both organisations.
Maddie brings deep not-for-profit sector expertise, with a focus on strategy, organisational growth, governance, and stakeholder engagement. She has a strong track record in transformation, partnerships, and building efficient, high-impact operating models. Maddi has led national initiatives, developed strategic plans, and overseen governance, compliance, and risk, with experience supporting early-stage organisations and working closely with Boards, CEOs, government, and sector partners to drive sustainable growth and impact.
Maddie is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and holds a Master of Project Management and a Bachelor of Media and Communications from the University of New South Wales.
She has also been recognised through the Australian Institute of For-Purpose Leaders’ Women in Leadership initiative.
She brings a strong connection to the for-purpose sector through her volunteer experience and family connections to emergency services.
