Milla is a governance and legal professional with experience in technology-driven organisations and complex commercial environments. She is Group Legal Counsel and Company Secretary at GET AI, leading legal strategy and governance across AI, data and telecommunications services.
Milla is known for balancing commercial outcomes with disciplined risk oversight. She specialises in practical governance, risk management and board support, with experience in commercial negotiations, regulatory alignment and decision-making frameworks.
Milla is also active in community leadership as a headspace Australia Youth Career Mentor, Chair of the Randwick Council Matraville Precinct Committee, and a member of the Port Botany Community Consultative Committee.
She is a Graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and an Associate of the Governance Institute of Australia.
