Ms Svoboda has an extensive skill set having worked as Chief Operating Officer and Company Secretary for NSW Police Legacy from 2013 to 2019. She has had various executive roles in the for-purpose sector and is currently the Risk and Compliance Lead at Youth Off The Streets. She has qualifications in science, accounting and applied corporate governance. She is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, an Associate Member of the Governance Institute of Australia and a Registered Chartered Secretary.
