Turlough Guerin is Chair and a Non-Executive Director of the NSW RFS Benevolent Fund Ltd. He is an experienced board director with deep expertise in governance, risk and assurance, and reputation management in regulated and high-trust environments. Turlough brings a strong rural and regional perspective, shaped by growing up on a property near Temora.
As CEO of Landcare NSW, he worked closely with NSW and Commonwealth government partners, emergency service organisations, and regional communities to strengthen disaster preparedness and recovery capability, including co-designed programs that put landowners and the community at the centre of planning. He is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), holds a PhD (Agriculture), and is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia.
